The information that ALETLER SA DE CV may request is for the purpose of providing the services and products you have requested, and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines (“Law”) in force in Mexico, we inform you that this Personal Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how ALETLER SA DE CV or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies in the United Mexican States will collect, process, store, and, in general, use the information provided by you (“User(s)”) through this form, by telephone, or through the website www.aletler.com.mx. ALETLER SA DE CV collects the User's Personal Information for the following purposes: (a) identification, (b) statistical purposes, (c) promotional and commercial purposes, (d) providing the services offered through the means that ALETLER SA DE CV deems appropriate, and supplying the User's Personal Information to the competent authorities upon judicial and/or administrative order.
